Clario Loans ("Clario", "we") arranges car, personal and home loans with partner banks and NBFCs. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or talk to an advisor, and what we do with it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you enter in a quote: loan type, amount, tenure, income range, car or property details.
- How to reach you: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email.
- Documents you choose to send an advisor to apply for a loan, such as PAN, address proof, salary slips or bank statements.
- Basic technical data: browser, device, pages visited. [Confirm analytics tool, if any.]
A quote you build on this site stays in your browser until you choose to send it. Nothing is saved on our side before then.
Why we use it
- To answer you and work out which lenders are likely to approve your loan.
- To share your application with the lenders you agree to, so they can assess it.
- To keep records the law or our lending partners require.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the banks and NBFCs we approach on your behalf, with your consent, and service providers who help us run the business (for example messaging and hosting), bound to keep it confidential. A lender may check your credit report with a credit bureau as part of its own assessment.
How long we keep it
For as long as your loan enquiry or application is active, and afterwards only as long as the law or a lending partner requires. [Confirm retention period.]
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent may stop an application that is in progress.
Security
We share documents only over channels you choose and limit access to the advisors handling your loan. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
